Before joining the adult group you must pass the intro to fencing class

After the intro class, you will join the Adult fencing group which meets the same nights as the all-school group.

We have several parents and families in our group. Fencing is a sport for life, it is never too late to get started, this sport can give you increased coordination, greater strength and endurance, fine-tuned balance, improved flexibility, sharper reflexes, better cardiovascular fitness, greater confidence, enhanced mental agility, improved self-discipline, and finally reduced stress levels.

Along with Musketeer and All-school Programs, the Fargo-Moorhead Fencing Club offers the opportunity of practicing the sport to those adults that want to,

the first step to get involved is to attend one of our "intro-to-fencing" open classes (usually offered at the beginning of each semester; Spring, Fall, Summer), and after that, we will integrate you into the system, and we'll make sure to meet your needs.

We have several parents involved in this program, so if you have a kid and want to practice this exceptional sport with him, this is the perfect program for you !!
